Members: Lesson commitments are month-to-month.
Non-Members: By appointment only. Because lesson availability is subject to change, memberships are highly encouraged.
Members: *Refer to membership pricing. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the presence of a holiday.
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure proper communication regarding payments/processing.
Members: Your account will be billed on or shortly following the 1st of each month. A $10 service charge will be applied for each month your monthly dues are returned uncollectible in addition to your monthly dues.
Non-Members: Payment is due at your scheduled lesson time ($45). $20 returned check fee.
$20 Showcase fee/student for the performance months of December/May.
$10 performance fee/student for all other optional monthly performance venues (i.e. coffee shop performances). Members will be automatically billed for these charges.
SCHEDULING AND TERMINATION POLICY
Members: In order to cancel a membership, and avoid the next month’s charge, we must be notified (via our cancellation form at www.preslarmusic.com) at least two weeks in advance. A copy of the cancellation will be provided upon request. No refunds will be given for partial lesson months.
Non-Members: We must receive a cancellation notice at least 24-hours in advance in order to avoid any lesson charges ($45/lesson).
There will be no refunds or makeups for missed lessons due to no-shows, illness, family emergency, vacations, holidays or cancellation due to inclement weather. If you are not able to attend your lesson for any reason, please notify Preslar Music as soon as possible.
NOTE: If your teacher must miss your lesson due to illness or emergency, a Preslar Music substitute will be provided. If a substitute is not available, your lesson may be rescheduled.
We follow the TPS calendar for most holidays (please refer to our yearly calendar at www.preslarmusic.com).
In case of bad weather, we follow the Tulsa Public Schools closings. (Updates are communicated on our website and Facebook page.) There are no refunds for lessons missed due to inclement weather.
